How we do this
The geeky bit involves us using proven theories and frameworks, as well as some of our own, to ensure we know your company as well as we know our own. We will then look at your competitors activities and your existing and potential customers to establish how best to manage your marketing activities and your budget.
Delivering the plan
Once we have agreed your marketing plan with you, we will work with you to implement and manage the process, or we will deliver the plan to your staff so that they can put the agreed actions into practice.
