Jo Reynolds - MD
Hi, I'm Jo a Chartered Marketer and Business Consultant and the owner of Justelle Marketing and Media Ltd.
With over 20 years of experience in business and a Chartered Marketer and Business Consultant, I specialise in developing strategic business and marketing solutions and coaching programs for SMEs and corporates based in the South West.
My passion is in helping business owners reach their full potential and learning the skills to take their businesses to the next level and achieve their goals.
This is done in a friendly and holistic way looking at the whole business and not the siloed approach offered by many consultants, helping to underpin the coordination and collaboration needed between functions and departments.
In addition, I offer bespoke training courses for individuals or businesses on a variety of marketing, business, and customer service topics.
Ebony Worker - Office Manager and Marketing Executive
Ebony is in charge of making sure your clients can find you on a variety of social platforms, helping create engaging posts, tweets, and stories so you can easily stay in touch with them. She is our 3rd-sector expert and works largely in this very specialised field, she is our compliance expert and works hard to find innovative ways to get your message out to the wider world.
As our website wizard, she also helps keep your websites up to date with news and events and has a flair for design that will catch your customers' eye. She works closely with our partner web developers to make sure your new website is populated from day one and kept up to date daily.
She started in July 2022 on a work placement from Yeovil College and currently is working with us whilst completing her degree in Business Management and Leadership at Yeovil College.
Neve Irvine - Marketing Apprentice
As a second-year T-Level student, Neve is just starting her marketing career but is already showing a natural level of skill and insight into all things business. She works with Gracie and Ebony and completes our social media team perfectly.
On a placement, she is confident and a natural marketer. Our clients love the way she explains their campaigns to them without using any jargon and in a common-sense way at all times.
Paris Smalling - Marketing Apprentice
Meet Paris, one of our talented marketing apprentices who joined our team in January 2024 through a business course at Yeovil College.
With a passion for all things marketing, Paris brings fresh ideas and a creative mindset to the table. She's always eager to learn and contribute her skills to help our team thrive. Whether it's crafting engaging social media campaigns or analysing market trends. Paris is always up for the challenge. With her enthusiasm and dedication, she's a valuable asset to our team. Paris currently works part-time along her course which she will complete in June of 2025.
Victor Kaim - Marketing Apprentice
Victor started with Justelle in January 2024 on industry placement for his business course.
He is a hardworking conscientious student, with a passion for anything creative, and enjoys meeting new people. Victor is always eager to learn and work as part of a team. During his time at Justelle, he is going to be supporting Holly by working with the Yeovil Chamber of Commerce as well as learning the business principles and activities involved in running a CIC.
Orthia Potts - Marketing Apprentice 
Orthia joined Justelle in January 2024 for an industry placement as part of her T-level business course at Yeovil College.
She is a dedicated, forward-thinking individual with robust business management and marketing skills and a flair for creating dramatic and exciting social media posts. During her time at Justelle, she aims to further develop these skills and acquire new ones to broaden her expertise in marketing and media.
